Becoming self-aware and socially intelligent are things that will benefit you personally and professionally, and for the rest of your life.

The Value of Being an SDE Student

ADMISSIONS

We design content for ambitious, diverse young professionals in banking, law, consulting, tech, or similar industries who have a desire to attract better professional opportunities to position them for the next level in their career.

Those who take courses with The SDE want to be more confident - to own their power, polish their image, gain more respect from colleagues and senior leaders in the industry, and build a powerful network.

Most of all, young professionals that come to The SDE are ready for more - for the next promotion, new role, title change, salary increase, or to lead more projects, people, programs and expand their portfolio.

What Type of Student The SDE Looks For:

We realize that professional development can be expensive, especially when you are purchasing it out of pocket. The process for finding the help you need can be quite overwhelming.

The cost of classes and/or coaching through The School of Disruptive Etiquette is based on class prices, administrative and program management fees, supplies, technology, and materials - all costs that are incurred to deliver quality, customized content for each of our valued students.

2.  My schedule is really packed and sometimes unpredictable right now, so I am unsure if I can commit to enrolling. What are my options?

We understand that life can get hectic, and schedules become busy. We advise that you enroll as a student to receive notifications about classes and attend all that you can at a comfortable pace for you.

3.  What happens if I miss a class?

It is strongly recommended that you attend all classes for which you register, and that you sign up when you are sure you can attend.  Before enrolling in a class, you are encouraged to check your calendar and the Academic Calendar to make sure you can attend the specific dates and times listed for that course. Immediately block these dates and times on your calendar to prevent accidental double booking.
If extenuating circumstances cause you to miss more than 2 classes for which you RSVP in one semester, the SDE reserves the right to withdraw your enrollment for the remainder of that semester and the following semester as well.

1. How long is each trimester?

2.  My schedule is really packed and sometimes unpredictable right now, so I am unsure if I can commit to a full course. What are my options?

Each course is 2 months in length, with breaks within and between courses factored in. There is a month break between each course/trimester as well for you to rest and reflect before you begin your next course.

You can refer to the Academic Calendar here.

3.  What happens if I miss a class, or can't make all of the classes in one course?

Immediately block these dates and times on your calendar to prevent accidental double booking.
If extenuating circumstances cause you to miss more than 1 class, contact the Dean’s office to request placement on a waitlist for the next trimester the course is offered.
